Ruta 503 Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
Zerua Capital LLC, a company incorporated in the State of New Mexico (U.S.), with its operating address at 407 Lincoln Road Suite 12N, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (U.S.), registration number 0002459166, is the data controller of the personal data of Ruta 503 customers and users. 2. What data we collect

We do not receive or store your full card details: they are processed directly by the payment provider.
3. What we use them for and on what basis

We do not sell your data or use it to send you advertising without your consent.
4. Automated assistant
Customer service via WhatsApp is provided by an automated assistant based on artificial intelligence, supervised by our team. The assistant processes your messages to understand your request and respond to you. The price is calculated by our pricing system, not by the assistant.

5. Who we share data with
Only with those who need to process it in order to provide the service, under contract and following our instructions:

6. International transfers
Our providers may process your data in the United States and other countries. Where the regulations require it, we apply appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it

After those periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
You may access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict it, request its portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contacto@ruta503.lat stating your name and the phone number you used to book. We will respond within a maximum of 30 days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country of residence.
If you reside in the European Union
We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to the processing of your data.
- EU Representative: Byteforge SL, C/ General Eraso 1, 1ª, Dpto. 3-4, 48014 Bilbao (Vizcaya).
- Privacy requests: privacidad@ruta503.lat. We respond within a maximum of one month.
- Erasure: if you ask us to delete your data, we delete it. We only keep, in blocked form, the data that the law requires us to retain, such as invoicing data.
- Transfers outside the EU: they are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
- Complaints: you may go to the data protection authority of your country. In Spain, the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD).
9. Minors
The service is contracted by persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, except for data that an adult provides as passengers on their booking.
10. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: restricted access, encryption of communications, and access logging.
11. Changes to this policy
We will publish any changes on this page, with its update date. If the change is significant, we will notify you through the channel you use with us.
